Clearly display latest inspection details & actions to be taken.  Ensure emergency points are never neglected and left product free.  Insert is same both sides offering 20 weeks of inspections.  Can be customised if required (eye wash stations / shower inspections etc).

Weatherproof and resilient ensuring your inspections are visible. If you work in a particularly harsh environment, consider using a clear insert over the top to protect text from paint / chemicals / concrete spray / pressure washing etc (ref. omni-otsi-cl 10).
