The toggle lock fits over the Mini Circuit Breaker Toggle
Using a small flat screw driver, tighten the internal grub screw to secure the circuit breaker onto the toggle
Once tight and secure, insert padlock which blocks access to the grub screw so the device cannot be removed until and the toggle operated until the lock is removed
