Purpose designed status insert to help control frequent inspections, maintenance and identification of ATV’s (All Terrain Vehicles / Quad Bikes). Inserts have the facility to record up to 32 inspections, are weatherproof and robust.

• Holder is permanently attached to the ATV in a prominent position with either cable tie, adhesive or rivet
• Remove the insert and the holder immediately specifies ‘Inspection Required
• The insert contains an easy-to-follow pre-use operator checklist and the facility to record up to 32 inspections
• Designed to operate alongside the ‘inspection required’ Tag holder
