With falls being one of the most common causes of fatal and major injuries to workers, it is imperative that access related equipment be properly maintained and managed to avoid potential accidents and subsequent disruption and cost to business. If at any point the equipment fails the inspection / check, the Insert is simply removed to display ‘DO NOT USE’ and prohibition sign on the Tag Holder.
